A bit off the beaten path but interesting.
Here’s a guy in the subway of New York who is robbed of his wallet. The technique the guys used to rob this guy is not dissimilar to those used by marketers online to sell you stuff (the difference is how the technique is used… one is good, the other bad - depending on your point of view). See if you can figure out what technique it is. The funny thing is, he was actually fascinated by these guys- he, of course, wasn’t too happy about his wallet being stolen, but he admired the way these guys did it. (I also like this guys music… check out his tunes) (WARNING: The video contains some words you may find offensive)
He wrote a song about his experience called “Pickpockets” (see ‘Album’ tab)… there’s a lesson there too on creating information products based on your experiences.
