A new policy change on ebay states that ebooks and digital goods are no longer able to be listed using the auction or fixed price format.
The reason? Too many people are using low priced digital items to manipulate feedback ratings. To maintain integrity of the feedback system they are restricting digital product promotions to the classified system only…

This is going to be a blow to those who were selling cheap ebooks as lead generators (with a back-end), but it may also contain an opportunity.
